The District strives to provide high quality water services its property owners and residents in the most economic manner possible. The operating costs are funded by a combination of water user fees and operating property taxes. Fire protection services are provided by the Eagle River Fire Protection District.

Call Client Care with questions at 1-877-410-0167 x 2, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm Mountain Time. To receive your bill electronically or pay online, visit www.AmCoBi.com and click on "Pay Online". Access your account by entering your account number and 5-digit zip code of your service address. Make checks payable to Lake Creek Metro District (LCMD).
AmCoBi also processes the HOA assessments. The HOA account numbers are different from the District's water billing account numbers.
